I am a private-pay provider and do not accept insurance directly. However, I am able to provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

By remaining an out-of-network provider, we have more flexibility to decide together what your care looks like. My focus is on understanding your unique experiences & goals, not fitting your story into billing codes or meeting insurance criteria.

Individual Session (50 Minutes): $215

Couples Session (60 Minutes): $275

Talking about money can feel uncomfortable. I believe transparency is part of creating a trusting therapeutic relationship, so I want you to know exactly what to expect before we begin.

I request that clients meet weekly, especially when beginning therapy. Consistency allows us to build momentum and create meaningful change. Moving to biweekly or monthly sessions is something we will thoughtfully consider together based on your progress, your goals, and what feels clinically appropriate.

I offer in-person sessions in Downtown Brooklyn & virtual sessions for clients located in New York State. 

I request that appointments are cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the session time. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, as well as no shows, will be charged the full session fee.

I recognize that genuine emergencies and extenuating circumstances do occur. In those situations, I may choose to waive the cancellation fee at my discretion. I approach these situations with both compassion and fairness while also protecting the time I've reserved specifically for you.

I work Monday-Friday 9am to 7pm.
