I don't believe therapy is about sitting across from someone who analyzes you from a distance. I believe it's about building a relationship; human to human. Therapy with me is both thoughtful and active. It makes room for quiet reflection and honest conversation. Validation and accountability. Insight and action.
I work with individuals and couples navigating grief, relationship challenges, and life's unexpected transitions. Whether you're mourning the death of someone you love, feeling disconnected in a relationship, or struggling to find your footing after a major life change, you don't have to carry it alone. My hope is that from the moment we meet, you'll feel like you don't have to perform, have all the answers, or pretend everything is okay.
I draw from evidence-based modalities including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Interventions, and the Gottman Method.
Therapy doesn't end when our session does. My hope is that you'll leave each conversation with greater clarity, new ways of understanding yourself, practical strategies for navigating difficult emotions and relationships, and a deeper trust in yourself as you move through life.
If this style of therapy sounds like something you’re interested in, I’d love to connect with you!
